CastleKeyp is a Membership Database whose contents are almost completely end-to-encrypted, meaning that CastleKeyp has access to very limited amount of its customers’ personal information. This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Site or our mobile application offered by CastleKeyp through the App Store or Google Play (the “App”, and collectively with our Site, the “Services”), and when you communicate with us about your use of or features on the Services.

You will have the opportunity to upload to the Services any number of documents, which we will store and make available on your behalf. Those documents may contain highly sensitive information, including social security numbers, driver’s license or other government issued identification cards and numbers, important financial documents, and other information of a highly sensitive nature (collectively, “Your Content”). All of Your Content will be end-to-end encrypted using commercially available encryption technologies while on our servers.

In order to better provide you with our products and services, CastleKeyp may collect certain personal information from you, including:

Profile Photograph (limited to main profile photograph and never to include any photograph or document uploaded to “My Safe”)

Deleting your Account

If you wish to delete your account with us, you may contact us at feedback@castlekeyp.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all of Your Content from our servers, and delete any other information you have about you, to the extent such information is not required as part of our business otherwise (e.g., for tax, recordkeeping or legal purposes).

Children Under the Age of Thirteen (13)

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of thirteen (sixteen in California). If you are under thirteen (sixteen in California), do not use, or register on, the Site or any App, make any purchases through the Site or the App (if such feature is available) or use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Services (if such feature is available).

Do Not Track

CastleKeyp reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

California Residents

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users of our Site who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. You may request this information from us no more than once a year, but such request will be handled by us free of charge to you.
