Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - you can cancel your free trial at anytime. But you won't need to. Your trial is totally risk free - no credit card is taken at sign-up. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to keep your Complete account, or you can default to ForeverContacts by CastleKeyp (always free). You can also choose to delete your account entirely.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you decide to cancel your Complete subscription, your account will default to the free ForeverContacts level, and your data will stay secure in CastleKeyp (though you won't be able to access some of it without a Complete subscription). If you decide to delete your account, your information will be permanently deleted and inaccessible to you or anyone else.
Is there a family plan?
You can use a single account for as many family members as you like. However, this will mean multiple people have access to your security credentials, which could be a security risk. We recommend limiting a shared account to no more than 2-3 immediate family members. Or, each family member can have their own CastleKeyp Complete account for a modest annual cost and use the My Keyp Group feature to share information securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Transactions are powered by Stripe, a leading payments processor. You will not be asked for a credit card until you choose to subscribe, and when you do subscribe, you will not be charged until your free trial is over.
