My Profile
...Access and Edit my Profile?
There are two main ways to access your Profile: 1. On Mobile, from the Home screen, tap on your profile picture 2. On Mobile/Web, from the Menu icon at top left of the screen, available from any screen, tap/click "My Profile" Once you have accessed your Profile, you can Edit any section. To edit: 1. Tap on the "Three Dots" icon at left of the section headings (e.g. Contact Information, Details, Partner etc.) and select "Edit section" 2. When you have made your edits, tap the "Save" button at top right
...Upload photos to my Profile?
You can upload four profile pictures: 1. The large center picture, or "Profile Picture," typically a picture of yourself to make it easier for friends to find you on the network; 2. Your "Background Picture," which shows behind the greeting on the Home page; and 3. and 4. two additional pictures, to either side of your Profile Picture. To add or change these pictures, do the following: 1. For Profile Picture and Background Picture, long press on the picture or placeholder image. This will open options to use CastleKeyp's secure in-app camera or access your phone's gallery and allow to select your photo - after that, follow the prompts from your phone 2. For the smaller pictures on either side of the Profile Picture, when adding for the first time, quick tap the "plus" sign, which will open options to use CastleKeyp's secure in-app camera or access your phone's gallery - after that, follow the prompts from your phone. My Keyp

The three sections in your Keyp are your Desk, your Closet and your Safe. You can access these from the Home screen (mobile or web) by tapping on the appropriate icon. In addition, there are two ways to access your Keyp from any screen: 1. From the Menu icon at top left of the screen, tap "My Keyp" 2. From the bottom bar, tap the CastleKeyp key logo 3. Inside "My Keyp," choose among "My Desk," "My Closet" and "My Safe" to store your information

Choose "My Desk" or "My Closet" from the top tabs My Desk In your Desk you can store your Private Notes (only you can see these), and several different types of list. To add a Private Note, tap the "+" . For Lists, CastleKeyp preloads the "Shopping" and "To Do" lists, and has several others to choose from. To add a new List category: 1. Tap the dark golden "+" button at the bottom right of the screen 2. Select the type of List you would like to add (e.g. "Packing Lists") 3. Enter your information, then tap "Save" at the upper right of the screen To edit existing Notes and Lists: 1. Tap on the Note or List category you want to edit 2. Tap the arrow to the right of the section title 3. Tap the pen icon 4. Enter your information, then tap "Save" at the upper right of the screen You can also delete a Private Note or List by tapping the garbage can icon to the right of the Edit pen. My Closet To add or edit information in your Closet (Clothing Sizes for you and your family): 1. Tap the three dots icon at left of the person whose Clothing Sizes you wish to edit 2. Tap "Edit Clothing Sizes" 3. Tap into the section you wish to edit 4. Enter your information, then tap "Save" at the upper right of the screen

To access "My Safe," tap the icon from the Home screen, or access "My Keyp" as follows, both available from any screen: 1. From the Menu icon at top left of the screen, tap "My Keyp" 2. From the bottom bar, tap the CastleKeyp key logo Once you have accessed your Keyp, tap on "My Safe" and authenticate (biometrics or password), then choose from the list of categories to add or edit sections. To add a section: 1. Tap on the category you want to access (e.g. "Financial," "Home & Utilities," "Health & Medical") 2. Tap the dark golden "+" button at the bottom right of the screen 3. Select the section you would like to add (e.g. "Social Security Number") 4. Enter your information, then tap "Save" at the upper right of the screen To edit existing sections: 1. Tap on the category you want to enter (e.g. "Financial," "Home & Utilities," "Health & Medical") 2. Tap the arrow to the right of the section title 3. Tap the pen icon 4. From any screen, tap the Menu icon at top left of the screen, then select "All Contacts"
...Sync my phone contacts in CastleKeyp?
Sync your phone contacts in CastleKeyp so that you can: 1. See who you know on CastleKeyp, and send them an invitation to connect 2. Add your phone contacts to Groups, so that you can get the most out of CastleKeyp's Groups feature (text, email, exporting) even if your phone contacts aren't yet on CastleKeyp 3. Easily invite phone contacts to join you on CastleKeyp Note: Any changes you make in your phone contacts (updating a name, adding a phone number, etc.) will be reflected right away in CastleKeyp. However, CastleKeyp will not make any changes to your phone contacts, so you will always have that information intact. To sync your phone contacts: 1. From Home screen, tap on All Contacts 2. Tap the top icon in the column of three icons at bottom right of the screen 3. Select "Allow" when prompted whether to allow CastleKeyp to access your contacts That's it! Quick Tip: From the filter that will then appear at the top of the screen, tap on "Phone Contacts" then "On CK," and your Phone Contacts with a phone number (if enabled by the member) or email address matching that of a CastleKeyp member will display. Tap on the double-circled "Connect" icon, second from right, to send an invitation to connect on CastleKeyp. Then look forward to seeing their Profile!
...Use the action buttons of a Contact?
Select a Contact from All Contacts or any Group, then tap on the dropdown arrow at right to see several available action buttons for that Contact and the "Three Dots" menu for additional available actions. The action buttons are, from left to right: 1. See Profile - takes you to your Contact's Profile Quick Tip: You can also tap your Contact's photo or gray background bar to go to their Castle (profile). 2. Call - initiates a call to your Contact from your mobile phone's native phone app 3. Text Message - initiates a text message to your Contact from your mobile phone's messaging app options (native, other) 4. Email - initiates an email to your Contact from your mobile phone's default email app 5. Preferred Contact Method - initiates the designated contact method (phone, text, email etc.) as set by your Contact Quick Tip: Options 2-5 will reach your Contact at their best contact information because they will have filled it in and updated it themselves, just as you are doing for your own. Then all the way to the right you will see the Three Dots Menu, which includes options to: 1. Show on map - map your Contact's address for easy visiting 2. View / Edit note - your custom, totally private notes about your Contact 3. Add the Contact to Group(s) 4. Copy the Contact's Basic contact information 5. Share the Contact's Basic contact information In addition to these actions, the star at upper right allows you to add a Contact to your Favorites. Tap the star to add to Favorites, and it will fill in gold; tap the filled star to remove from Favorites (it will turn empty).
...Add a custom note to one of my Contacts
Your custom notes about your Contacts (only ever visible to you) are the perfect place to store information you want to keep track of that might not be otherwise captured in your Contact's Profile. Access custom notes from your Contact's Profile screen or from their listing in All Contacts, Favorite Contacts or any Group, in the three dots menu: 1. Tap "View / Edit note" 2. Enter your custom note 3. Tap update Voila - never forget another piece of important information about your Contacts again!
...Search for people on CastleKeyp?
The main way to search for people on CastleKeyp is from the Home page, by tapping the Search icon in the upper right of the screen. There are only three pieces of information for any Member, you included, that are searchable on the network since CastleKeyp is end-to-end encrypted. These include (mobile only): 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. Maiden Name

There are many easy ways to access Groups in CastleKeyp: 1. From the Home screen, tap the "All Groups" or "Favorite Groups" icons on the dark blue background 2. ...Create a Group?
Groups are a great way to organize your Contacts (both CastleKeyp Contacts and Phone Contacts). You can easily contact the members of a Group by text message or email with a single tap using the icons at the top of the Group's screen. CastleKeyp has several pre-set Groups, and you can create an unlimited number of your own. To create a custom Group: 1. From the Home page or the Bottom Bar, tap the "All Groups" icon 2. Tap the dark golden "+" icon at the bottom right of the screen to create a new Group 3. Tap the "Add Group title" line in the center of the screen 4. Enter your Group title (e.g. "Book Club" or "PTA" or "Fantasy Football") and tap the "Create" button 5. Choose your Group Icon by tapping on the image, then tap the "Set" button 6. Your Group is created! Now you can add members. Make sure the Group is open (tap on it to open), then: 1. Tap the dark golden "+" icon at the bottom right of the screen. Your Contacts list will display 2. Select members by tapping on the Contact listing's gray background bar. A golden circle with a checkmark appears over the Contact's image to indicate they have been selected 3. When you have chosen all of your members, tap "Add to Group" at the top right of the screen Quick Tip: To select just some members of the Group to contact, long press on the Contact's gray background bar to select (or deselect) them, and then tap the email or text icon at the top of the screen.
...Export Group members to CSV for use in spreadsheets and label making?
To export a Group's members (mobile only), tap on the relevant Group screen (e.g. Holiday Cards, Wedding Guests, Bachelorette Party Invitees, etc.), then: 1. Tap on the "three dots" icon at the top right of the screen 2. Tap "Export to CSV" 3. Your email will open, and a CSV file will be attached 4. Tap the send button in your email message 5. Check your inbox! You now have a CSV file, ready to be used in spreadsheets for tracking guests or printing labels, etc. Save it and use it as you would any attachment

...Filter dates I can see on my Calendar?
One of the useful features of CastleKeyp is having access to important dates for all of your Contacts and their families (depending on Connection Type). You can choose to filter which dates you see by navigating to the Calendar, then: 1. From the Calendar screen, tap on the Filters icon at the top right of the screen, just to the right of the Month and Year 2. There are two ways to filter dates, which work together: first, by Contact Type; and second, by Event Type. In both filters, check the boxes for what you want to see; remove checks if you want the information to be hidden 3. Under Contact Type, choose for whom you would like to see dates 4. Under Event Type, choose for which kinds of events you would like to see dates 5. Tap "Apply" at the upper right of the screen As an example, to see all dates for "Myself" - which includes all dates from your own Profile, including yours, your Partner's and your Children's/Grandchildren's - you would check the box next to "Myself" and then check the boxes next to each option under "Event Type." If you would like to see just Birthdays for your Friends, check the box next to "Friends" and the box next to "Birthday" and make sure the other check boxes are empty.

There are two main ways to see your Notifications (for Dates: birthdays, anniversaries -both yours and your CastleKeyp Contacts' - expiration and due dates from your Safe; and for Invitations to connect with other Members). Both are available from any screen: 1. From the Menu icon at top left of the screen, tap "Notifications" 2. From the bottom bar, tap the Bell icon all the way to the right

From the bottom bar, you can select the main features of CastleKeyp (Home, All/Favorite Contacts and Groups, your Keyp, Calendar, Notifications/Invitations)
...Share information from CastleKeyp outside of CastleKeyp?
Because we highly value your security, only a very limited amount of information can be easily shared from CastleKeyp outside of CastleKeyp. Mobile app only: the information that can be shared includes: 1. Basic Contact Information - tap the Three Dots Menu at left of the Contact Information section in your Profile or your Contact's Profile, and options to "Share" or "Copy" will be displayed. Select your preferred option and follow the phone's prompts 2. My Desk > Private Notes and all Lists - tap the Three Dots Menu to the left of the section title that has the item you want to share or copy, and options to "Share" or "Copy" will be displayed. Select your preferred option and follow the phone's prompts Quick Tip: remember that when you share or copy and send information outside of CastleKeyp, it is no longer end-to-end encrypted.
